Summer of May 2008 when we deicided to have summer vacation in a not famous but very beautiful island. We had a lot of good time dipping in the clear water under the heat of the summer sun. We initially had a hard time researching on the internet on finding Borawan since it was a virgin island.
Borawan Island is still under the process of being developed, it is a very beauiful place in itself. White sand surround the island. For those who plans to stay overnight, you can bring your own tent or to have a cottage. There's is a bahay kubo like cottage at the beach that you can rent. I highly suggest that you bring more food cause there is no store in the island.
I enjoyed the place so much. I am writing this entry for those who wants to have a good time in Quezon. Believe me, its such a beautiful place and also consider its accessibility within the reach of Metro Manila.
