Can we now say goodbye to Skype? Personally, this is a big convenience compared to downloading and logging in to Skype or Yahoo Messenger and chat with your friend while Facebook is opened. Too many tasks I must say but with this feature, it made things somehow simplified.

So now you're in Facebook and wondering "How the hell do I make this work?" Relax, my dear buddy just follow these simple steps below:

1. Enable your account for video call by going to this link: http://www.facebook.com/videocalling
2. From your friends' list, select the person you want to video call with and click the video camera icon.
3. Click "Set Up" and a program will be downloaded automatically. This is the plug-in that will enable the feature and then simply run the program.
4. If the person you tried to call has not installed the plug-in yet, he/she will be prompted to do so. Once both parties have installed the plug-in, you may start video call!

Few facts found under their Help Center:

1. Video calling works best with the latest versions of the following browsers:

Mozilla Firefox
Google Chrome
Internet Explorer
Safari

2. To end a video call, just close the video window.

3. Just like with chat, only your confirmed friends can call you on Facebook. You also have the option to ignore any call you receive. [SEE! I can say that this is the ideal getaway restaurant for seafood lovers. This is owned by Rosauro de los Santos and her wife, Evangeline. The owner was really into fish since he was a kid so he decided to set up a fish pond. Customer afterwards came to buy fresh tilapia from the fishpond time passed by when customers would ask him to cook the fish he sells. And that's who he started.

In April 1992, he set up his own version of the family business for a reason that he wanted to make a living for him and to help the people around the neighborhood by giving them jobs.

With the new program called World of Warcraft Starter Edition, new playes can play at the own pace without worrying that their free trial will expire. Once their character reaches level 20, they can continue playing but will stop earning experience, making it impossible to stop. To play past level 20, new players will need to upgrade to the full version of the game, which can be done online.

Since, there's is no time limit for trail players, there's a great deal of the other restrictions besides the level 20 limit. Trial players can have a maximum of 100 gold, their trade skills are capped at 100 ranks, they are unable to trade in the AH or join Guilds, their chat options are limited, they cannot invite other players into a party, and they cannot join parties with other characters above level 20 and so on.

In short, WOW maybe free, but still it's far from the full World of Warcraft experience.

Here’s an FAQ describing all the intricacies of the new free trial system. To sign up, go here.

Do you think is this Blizzard’s first step to making WoW completely free? Will the upcoming masses of new trial players annoy older players? The pizza is super thin, crunchy and tasty. The alfalfa and arugula complimented the Skewers Place pizza but we didn’t like it with the Knot of Four. Overall, the food is good and enough for us three. Just a tip, if you’re really hungry I suggest you to order an appetizer or pasta since it takes a long time for them to serve the pizza.

Jonnhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01432313865684216488noreply@blogger.com1Greenbelt Dr, Makati City, Philippines14.5521431 121.0210087000000414.5507221 121.02067270000003 14.553564100000001 121.02134470000004tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7071936643079525384.post-72581661670558089882011-06-28T22:44:00.000+08:002011-06-28T22:44:00.602+08:00Eat BulagaEat Bulaga! is a noon-time variety show in the Philippines produced by Television And Production Exponents Inc.
Just want to share what I've read in Yahoo! News...

As far as Starbucks is concerned, cigarettes and coffee don't go well together anymore.

In a recent notice posted in Starbucks stores nationwide, the company said that it is converting "all previously designated smoking outdoor areas" into non-smoking zones beginning June 27.

The controversial move, which was met with mixed reactions by users of social networking site Twitter where the story first broke, is meant to comply with a recent campaign by the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA).

"Since there is a new enforcement campaign that seeks to make Metro Manila 100% smoke-free, we decided to comply with the rule," an official of Rustan Coffee Corporation (RCC), the local operator of Starbucks, told GMA News Online in a phone interview.

Asked if the move -seen to alienate smokers from patronizing the company's products- will negatively affect their sales, the official said: "Hopefully not."

This early, however, Twitter users are threatening to leave their usual Starbucks habit in favor of other coffee brands because of the company's move.

"Is this true, All Starbucks outlets will be NON-SMOKING starting June 27???? Goddluck sa customers nyo," Twitter user @jay_matti cautioned.

"no smoking in starbucks? hello coffee bean!" @briansales quipped.

One Tumblr conversation between friends jokingly went: "Well, that's the last time I'm taking my business to Starbucks then. What the *** am I supposed to do in Starbucks? Drink coffee???"

The RCC official, who asked not to be named, said they will put up signages around the stores to remind customers about the new policy.

But what if customers still insist on smoking in the outdoor areas of the store? "We leave the enforcement to the MMDA. As an establishment we just wanted to comply with the law," the official stressed.

It was a long journey – about 6 hours. Good thing I was travelling with a large group so the trip was more enjoyable than usual. The kulitans took my mind off the long trip ahead of us. It was around 6 in the morning and we were finally in Sabang.
It’s a perfect place for a beach camping experience.

We were mesmerized by its beauty. The color of the beach is turquoise over white powdery sand. The water were clear and sparkling. In fact, the people swimming were even glowing. I have not yet alighted on our boat but I have concluded that it’s the best beach I have ever seen so far. I fell even more in love when I stepped on its fine sands. Years before, the very site of the Man Made Forest is populated by different plant species, most of them are wild, until the Boholanos decided it is time that they take control of the forest. The Man Made Forest is notable for its very orderly structure. The trees are uniformed in height and in many other ways including the leaves’ design.

The real joy of exploring the Man Made Forest is going all the way up the winding road, which is very identical to a chicken’s intestine. As you drive up, all that you can see behind is the luscious greens that are uniformed in height and are spread out as if they are guarding something down.

The Man Made Forest can be reached by land, about a few minutes ride from Tagbilaran City to close in on the 20-kilometer distance. It is found along the margins of ‘Tina-I sa Manok’ road, a winding pathway from Loboc to Bilar.

The Loboc River is one of the major tourist destination in Bohol. The winding river plays host to cruises on board of small bancas or floating restaurants. The python named Prony is Albur’s star and has known to the people as “Live Anaconda of Bohol.” Just a few hundred meters is a Python sanctum which is 5 years old in existence with a length of approximately 23 feet and an estimated weight of about 300 kg. The biggest python in captivity ever known. Named after its captor, Prony, it loves to eat during feeding time. The winding barangay road leading to the sanctuary and the majestic sights along the course keeps one feel the prime of nature.
However, for us who searched the beauties of our town, a fine-sand and a privately-kept beach in the quite part of Pagbilao town proved to be a perfect pick not only because of it’s white sand, but also of it’s Kwebang Lampas, a cave near the shoreline that may have been formed by waters flowing through it.
The beach is simply beautiful. It has a fine white sand and crystal-clear waters that change with alternating shades of emerald and azure. It’s seabed is devoid of rocks, seaweed and rough coral which is my kind of beach for swimming. Some coral formations however, can be seen by swimming furter from the shore. The shoreline is clean and well-maintained. There are a lot of shady areas as well where you can just lay a blanket if you don’t want to rent a cottage.
I didn’t know what was ahead of me when I went there. And I can say that I was so amazed by the beautiful city of Busuanga. We stayed at Mt. taypas hotel, which gave us quality service and a nice ambiance…
We had a lot of good time dipping in the clear water under the heat of the summer sun. We initially had a hard time researching on the internet on finding Borawan since it was a virgin island.
White sand surround the island. For those who plans to stay overnight, you can bring your own tent or to have a cottage. There's is a bahay kubo like cottage at the beach that you can rent. I highly suggest that you bring more food cause there is no store in the island.
